Villa Nine Kandy

Accommodating and incredible staff explained where we were staying. Our triple room was cosy and incredible with exceptionally comfortable beds.

The experience was really comfortable with accommodating staff throughout and a wide variety of delicious breakfast options available.

The hotel was set in a central area near to the lake, City Centre, and Temple of Buddah's Tooth as the listing says and Dambulla. It also was close to centre of Kandy. Loved the rooms, they were spotless by a short notice. The staffs were incredible & nice.

The room was light and had great value. the staff were fantastic and very helpful with arranging excursions. I loved the breakfast served on the terrace. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of food and drinks, plus the location is close to Dambulla and the temple.

Clean, comfortable room with good AC and hot shower. Convenient location, short walk to attractions. Helpful staff, organized tours and provided breakfast. Stunning views from the balcony. Great value, would recommend.

Enjoyed the stay, recommend. Close to school, school run. Great breakfast, sambal, roti. Helpful staff, reasonable tuk tuk, luggage assistance. No pressure to sell anything. Hot water for shower. Quiet atmosphere, enjoyable

The location is superb with a stunning setting near the railway line in a beautiful area, and it's just a 10-minute drive from the lake.

The place we stayed at was centrally located near the lake, tooth temple, and railway line.

The staff here were super friendly and really nice. the breakfast was amazing - they had all kinds of tasty local dishes. Honestly, all the food here was top-notch, I was really impressed! 🌟

The warm welcome from the hosts and the outstanding breakfast with a great view from the balcony were definitely the best aspects of our stay. the location was also excellent, with a short walk to the temple, making it easy for us to explore the area. the fact that the hosts took good care of us and our driver was an added bonus.

Although the bathroom was clean, the door didn't close properly, which was a bit inconvenient. the air conditioning could use some servicing as it didn't give the room and bed a fresher feel.

The hosts at Villa Nine were excellent! They were great too ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One morning, we had to leave early for a tour, and they kindly packed us a delicious takeaway breakfast. The room wasnice and neat, and the location was ideal, with easy access to the city centre. The views from the balcony during breakfast were amazing. I highly recommend Villa Nine for a fantastic stay in Kandy.
